Who Should Attend?
This event is for upper- and middle-managers including CIO’s, CTO’s, project managers, program managers, department heads, or anyone who asks these questions:

We gather lots of data. How can we get the most useful information out of it?

How can I use data to forecast delivery dates?  Can I be sure I’m looking at the right metrics?

We don’t gather data yet. How can I convince my organization that it is important?

How can data help in making daily decisions? How can I get my co-workers to use it?

Presenters

Each of the 4 presenters/facilitators of Data-Driven Decisions Demystified is an expert in the areas of data analysis, statistics, risk management, and probabilistic forecasting. They are also expert in the fields of Kanban, Lean, and Agile.  Each is an accomplished writer and speaker, and each is commended for an accessible way of communicating complex mathematical concepts.

Any one of them could present a compelling 1-day workshop alone. Part of the appeal of this event is seeing them work together and inspire each other.
